Viscontea is a Milanese brand founded in 1937. In 1940 Faliero Masi was called to manage the cycling racing team, which gave a strong impulse to the brand by creating frames of excellent workmanship.
La Viscontea brand became a leader in its sectors as an Italian road cycling team (founded in 1940 and active until 1950) which saw cyclists of the caliber of Osvaldo Bailo, Aldo Bini, Cesare Del Cancia, Olimpio Bizzi, Fiorenzo Magni, Mario Ricci and Dante Rivola in its ranks.
Among the most important successes we remember 7 stage victories in the Giro d’Italia, the Giro del Lazio 1942, the Giro di Romagna 1943 and the Tre Valli Varesine 1947.
